Grace College and Seminary – Timberline’s relationship with Grace is its biggest and most successful. Grace is a private school in Northwest Indiana offering liberal arts degrees at undergraduate and graduate levels for the last 78 years. Brandpoet Creative Services, Inc. was the sole contractor responsible for the development of creative for the school. Timberline Team was hired to coordinate and facilitate projects and staffing.

Together we helped revolutionize Grace’s brand and marketing strategies for a school that’s on the front edge of innovation in private college education. David Grout was the Senior Project Director for developing, organizing, and implementing a whole new marketing department and team. This included vision, direction, project fulfillment, lead generation, multi-vertical campaign coordination, tracking ROI, and budget management. Marketing programs successfully developed and implemented over a six-year period included: The Reimagine Campaign – A the three-year degree initiative; A marketing internship program; A public relations internship class to promote the school; creating a full photo and video department to tell the story of the institution; The Measure of Grace Campaign which promoted tuition reduction, free rental books and a 4 year Bachelor’s with Master’s program; and a successful succession plan.

Annual projects exceeded 1,200 in the areas of social media, brochures, publication, videos, web build outs, photo shoots, radio commercials, print collateral, call centers, direct mail press releases, and special projects.

“Dave, from the moment I met him, displayed himself as a true leader and man of incredible character. Dave continuously demonstrates his ability to lead his team using foundational leadership concepts. His efforts are effective, and the results speak for themselves.”
