Problem: The University had undergone leadership changes, a re-brand and name change which caused ripple effects throughout the school. This was causing system failures between marketing and admissions. Our job was to identify the issues and provide a solution to advance the institution.
Project: Marketing and admissions strategy analysis
Results: The assessment was successfully delivered to the President’s Cabinet.
