Challenge: Combining five different divisions into a single billion-dollar company. Each division had its own culture, operating rhythm and core values. The intent of the three-day training was to initiate a common language and mission for the future.
Projects: Build a three-day national training for corporate administration, building core cultural and understanding complex change.
