Problem: The company needed help navigating the combining five different divisions into a single billion-dollar company with a singular core culture. Each division had its own culture, operating rhythm, and core values. The desired outcome of the three-day training was to initiate a common language and mission to achieve a common culture for the future.
Project: Build a three-day national training for corporate administration, building core cultural and understanding complex change.
