Problem: Original project to create a memorial statue and educational opportunity for students stalled because of a limited donor base.
Project: Create additional development resources and to accelerate the donor process to increase funding sources.
Results: Exceeded funding goals, able to give the excess to additional projects/museum and finish the project on time. End product included: grant research methodology and tracking tools.
